I didn't start in HR — or facilities, or ops, or any one function at all.

I was looking after my younger siblings before I ever managed a team — the kind of responsibility that teaches you to notice patterns, measure what's actually working, and hold something together day to day, not just describe it. That instinct is what drew me to pre-med at university: I wanted to understand how systems work at the smallest, most exact scale.

My career started at a reception desk and it never stayed in one lane after that: business strategy, facilities and workplace experience, HR operations — advising directly at the Founder/C-suite levels, and leading teams of 20+. In every role I was a functional builder, systemizing brand-focused experience programming in fast-paced environments at scale.

Different industries, different stages, same pattern every time: I helped build culture as multi-layered, foundational infrastructure. Where the science mind met authentic, creative solutions.

That's the reason I started ArcForma: to build the systems that leave others more successful than when I found them.
